About Us
Tandy Rackerby is an HR professional with over 23 years of broad-based human resources generalist experience. Her industry experience includes finance, manufacturing, marketing, airline, transportation, healthcare and nonprofit - with companies ranging in size from 40 to 4000 employees. Her strengths include employee relations, compliance, compensation, policy development, performance management, succession planning and training. Tandy’s particular expertise is in the start-up of the HR function as she did with two Citigroup subsidiaries. She is dedicated to supporting organizational missions and objectives.
Tandy holds a BS in Mass Communications-Journalism from Arizona State University as well as her Senior Professional in Human Resources certification. She is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management. Colorado Human Resources Association, World at Work and Rocky Mountain Compensation Association. Her volunteer efforts include supporting Mi Casa and Colorado First Tee Program. Skiing, photography and playing golf keep her active as well as traveling with her husband and visiting various cultures across the globe.
Frank Rackerby, Our Operations and Finance Manager also consults with Frozen Rainbows’ revered non-profit clients. With a background in non-profit management and university administration, he helps them assess their needs with the clarity and compassion of someone who has spent his career managing budgets for human service and educational organizations. For a decade he was the Administrative Director of Denver’s Beacon Center, and recently was Vice President of Operations of the American Association of Nurse Assessment Coordinators.
Frank holds a Masters degree in Cultural Anthropology from Northwestern University and a Graduate Certificate in Nonprofit Administration from the School of Social Work at San Francisco State University.
Volunteer efforts include board and officer positions with non-profits and service organizations in Colorado and California. He remains active traveling, participating in our grandchildren’s busy lives and playing golf.
