	Assisted in the startup phase of a local aircraft manufacturer, building compensation policies, developing a job description library, and gathering market analysis data for 250+ jobs
	Developed a recruiting strategy targeting the mature and semi-retired workforce, coordinating and conducting job fairs, campus recruitment events for a multi-state marketing and call center organization
	Developed an oil and gas company’s initial pay grade system, accommodating geographic differentials for nine locations
	Provided on-call advice about regulatory compliance related to FMLA, workers comp, overtime, exempt status (FLSA) and downsizing (WARN Act) for clients on as as-needed basis
	Supported several local start up companies with HR and operations related advice; provided resource tools
